PIIAI Presents Chairman of the Year Award to Chip Frank
Springfield, IL, (October 15, 2002)-The Professional Independent Insurance Agents of Illinois (PIIAI) presented Chip Frank, of Capen, Frank, Proctor & Bowles, in Bloomington, with the Chairman of the Year Award at the PIIAI Annual Convention.
Frank was selected as Chairman of the Year for his excellence while serving as chairman of the Planning and Coordination Committee. While chairing the committee, Frank assisted the association in the restructuring of the Long-Range Plan and oversaw the in-depth review of the organization by its members.
Frank is a past president of the PIIAI and was active in the Illinois Association of Professional Insurance Agents, a predecessor of the PIIAI, having served that organization as Secretary/Treasurer, Vice President, and President-Elect. His interests extend to include those of his community as well as the insurance industry. He serves on several local fund-raising organizations and is involved in his children's activities. Frank is the owner and secretary of Capen, Frank, Proctor & Bowles located in Bloomington. Frank and his wife, Debbie, live in Bloomington with their three children.
The Professional Independent Insurance Agents of Illinois is an association representing independent insurance agents throughout the state. PIIAI membership is comprised of 1,500 insurance agencies representing 12,000 licensed independent agents engaged in all facets of the insurance industry, including property, casualty, life and health. Its members are businesses that offer customers a choice of policies from a variety of insurance companies.
